Things which I like about ClickUp are:- 1) There is no alternative of ClickUp with respect to Features and Pricing. 2) TimeTracking ( which is a paid feature in other softwares like:- Asana, is freely available) 3) We can Hide Projects from other teammates ( even if we are on the free version of it) 4) The FREE Version of ClickUp is beating the Paid Version of so many other similar softwares. 5) Direct integration with the 3-rd Party tools wothout the use of Zapier, Integromat, IFTTT, Zoho Flow, Microsoft Flow, Integrately, Pabble Connect etc.

Nothing is missing in ClickUp but continuous evalutaion and development for making it even more better is always needed. ClickUp is one of it's kind in the market now adays.

Frome my experience Clickup has customizable task boards that allow my team to organize tasks and workflows in a way that best suits all our needs. We can all easily move tasks between boards and stages, and assign tasks to team members, for various set due dates.Time Tracking: Click's built-in time tracking feature allows teams to track the time spent on tasks and projects, which can help with resource allocation, scheduling, and project billing. ClickUp offers me collaboration tools, including team messaging, file sharing, and task comments, which make it easy for my team members to communicate and work together effectively. These tools help us to minimize miscommunications and ensure everyone is on the same page.With ClickUp we experience robust reporting and analytics features; my team is able to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and gain insights into the project performance. This helps to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Good application but needs to work on arranging task on a single view or list like

It can accommodate a lot of task and track time with who initiated and who should submit

To complicated to use, and looks clumsy.
