Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software interface is easy to use. Great time tracking!

  • Easy Projects is very intuitive and easy to use. Easy time logging and task creation. Great customer support and quick response time.

  • Cons

  • Gantt chart not that helpful to use but is a necessary feature. I was glad they added it but it requires a lot of field customization and maintenance.

  • Although very small, the UI is a little outdated. Could definitely benefit from some more colours!

  • Pros

  • The ease of use is great. I love the layout of the system and the assistance if I'm in need of any help from our customer success team.

  • I liked the ease of set-up. Adding each required integration was a breeze throughout my ongoing use of this product.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the downside of the frequent updating is difficulty finding frequently used applications, but TapClicks is happy to hear constructive criticism and uses it in future updates.

  • Because TapClicks is awesome with updating their product, when new releases come out, they can break previous settings and other functionality.
