Groupthinq project management software makes my job a whole lot easier and more efficient.

PROS

I manage teams of sub-contractors in web development... designers, programmers, marketers, photographers, etc. Sometimes it seems like herding cats. Groupthinq's online project management tools simplify the entire process, from proposals, task assignment and management, time sheets, expense tracking and more. It also has a very simple and easy to use interface.

CONS

Right now there doesn't really seem to be anything I don't like about it. I first tried it in BETA and it was a bit buggy, but it seems like all the kinks have been worked out. I haven't really tried any other platforms, so can't say if there is anything out there more robust that does all of the thing Groupthinq does, but so far I'm sticking with it.
