Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love how easy it is to use and all the different tools for searching for contacts.

  • I love how all the companies working with our competitors are laid out in front of you. It makes it so easy to prospect.

  • Cons

  • The more complicated functions are often hard to figure out. Luckily the support staff is always willing to help walk you through.

  • Sometimes the concierge service has not been as successful as I would like it to be specifically for higher level employees. But I do appreciate the work that goes into confirming contacts.

  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and very flexible. The reporting is fantastic as well.

  • It saves time and allows me to communicate with multiple people at one time. It's easy to use and access from multiple devices and locations.

  • Cons

  • The fact that it is very flexible is a blessing and a curse. It gives our users too many ways to do something and we lose consistency in process.

  • It can get a little buggy and time out on you but that's rare and the problem usually goes away fast.
