  • Pros

  • MediaRadar is easy to use. I like The tearsheets option.
  • MediaRadar does a great job of looking for relevant contacts and providing a wealth of information on the advertisers included, such as online creative and where it's running.
  • Cons

  • One thing that can be frustrating at times is the amount of time it will take something to load or move from tab to tab.
  • As with all databases, it is difficult to keep up to date on the fast moving changes of contacts. Maybe there could be a way for UGC and input for changes.

  • Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.
  • It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).
  • Cons

  • What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.
  • The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.
