Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Media Radar is great, the service is top notch and it's accurate the majority of the time. I really appreciate the ease of use and the accuracy.

  • Ease of use and the breadth of information. I enjoy that I can log on and pretty much find anything that I need.

  • Cons

  • There are some features, such as specific contact filters / customizations that would be nice to have, but for some configurations, using a workaround is the only way to produce the desired results.

  • The more complicated functions are often hard to figure out. Luckily the support staff is always willing to help walk you through.

  • Pros

  • I absolutely love the interface of Ziflow. It's so easy to use and has become an important tool for myself and my team's everyday projects.

  • This software is easy to use and easy to adapt. Our clients love it.

  • Cons

  • The pricing structure is not ideal for smaller groups, but customer service is excellent and they created a custom package for our small company.

  • Overall it is a great product, if there was a way to generate proofs faster, it would be nice.
