All these great features make Smartsheets extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. You can set up a sheet based on your preferences and style. Most of all, Smartsheets offers fast and smooth collaboration between colleagues. Anytime I need to notify a coworker with a specific explanation, I can simply do so by mentioning the name in the notes and it will notify. It's also made information gathering a much more streamlined process with it's ability to integrate with webforms. #### Cons Integrations with third party systems via Zapier works, but it can be a bit clunky at times.
