We switched because our previous affiliate platform was not reliable enough, particularly around tracking and attribution. UpPromote has been a clear improvement. It integrates well with Shopify, gives us better visibility over where affiliate sales are coming from, and makes it easier to reward partners accurately. The tracking is much clearer than our previous platform, which had caused us problems with attribution and partner sales. We can now manage affiliate links, discount codes, commissions, applications, referrals, and payouts from one place, which saves time and gives us much more confidence in the data. It has already helped us generate more revenue through affiliate and partner sales, and the support has been excellent. #### Cons There is a bit of a learning curve when setting up some of the more advanced features, especially multi-level commissions and email/domain authentication. That said, whenever I’ve needed help, the support team has been very responsive and clear, so this has not been a major issue. #### Reasons for switching to UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing We switched from Tapfiliate because we were having recurring issues with tracking and attribution. For an affiliate programme to work properly, we need to trust that partner links, discount codes, sales, and commissions are being tracked accurately.
