The biggest win was the direct integration with our existing software (Easy Digital Downloads).

A really positive thing about this software was its seamless integration with woocommerce.

Nothing, works well, not sure what I would change.

The interface is just too ugly. Needs huge UI fix and some template options.

There are a ton of really cool features that our affiliates don't seem to be using, but the features they do use I feel like work great and for the price provide a great value.

The best part of this solution is that it integrates directly with WordPress making it super easy to install a basic setup.

It's easy to set up affiliate accounts for people. The integration with coupons is great as well.

Our affiliate program is broken down by months but the software doesn’t currently offer that feature so it’s a little bit of a hassle.

The cost / value ratio was just too good. A huge number of features, simple to apply - and easy to understand.

Hopefully I'll have a use-case for it again in the future, because I'll 100% use AffiliateWP over any of the alternatives.

So far I've had a good experience being a user/affilate of various Impact partners. The retailers have been transparent about sales earnings and update users when percentages change.

Affilate program terms may be a bit confusing. Some retailers may be slow to pay out earnings as well.

It has a robust tracking system and displays the latest results within the next 2-3 hours. Additionally, it pays out the payments on time and provides excellent customer support via ticket.

The company is growing and does have a valid platform. There are more features and functionality than a traditional network.

Ease of use, and the support team, nothing else other than that.

I really don't see any they should pay something for the software.
