Onboarding was super slow, and the team at Impact.com made us pay an extra $1000 was slow to respond. Then we started experiencing issues minute one post onboarding, and the customer support was slow and provided no solutions. Impact.com has been a total headache to use, and even after the frustratingly slow onboarding process, things only got much, much worse. All of the lead submissions through the affiliate partners have been fraudulent, and customer support has denied that there are any issues, even after providing evidence of it. Cons: Everything in my Impact.com has been cons. Ease of use is very low, and value for money is worse than non-existent. Customer support deserves an F rating, 0/100 stars. All of the affiliate form submissions have been fraudulent to get the $10 payout we offered for leads. None of them was legitimate.
