RR is great for syncing with a HubSpot CRM

RR support has been great. Our support person has answered all questions in a quick and timely manner and has really been able to help us make changes and understand how to use

PROS

As an admin, RR is great for managing and tracking referrals and affiliate data. I enjoy being able to keep up with all details in real-time and seeing referrals come in for our affiliates. As an affiliate, I enjoy the features RR offers when allowing me to see my referral data and all info I need to be a successful affiliate right on my dashboard as soon as I log in to the portal.

CONS

As an admin, RR is very difficult to navigate. I struggled to understand where to find settings changes, how to set up the program and save edits I made to our program, among other things. The different options RR offers are great, but I found it extremely difficult to navigate and understand as a potential first-time affiliate admin user.

RR offered the two-way sync with our new CRM that we were really looking for.

Decent product, poor onboarding

Frustrating. The product is so close, but it is hard to pay for onboarding that can't help you do most of what you were told the platform can do.

PROS

It (somewhat) integrates with HubSpot and we use this as our CRM>

CONS

That nothing works as it should, or as I was told it would before we purchased it. I have waited over a month on an answer from the "support" team regarding an issue that salesperson told me the software could definitely do, but does not.

In speaking with our team, it seems that the issue was on based on a limitation with HubSpot's API, not our integration. As far as I understand our team has worked with you to resolve the issue quickly and we were already working with you before this review by bringing in additional integration specialists on a scheduled call. Referral Rock is the perfect plug-in-play for Affiliates

Our onboarding specialist, [sensitive content hidden], was a great guide as we quickly moved through the milestones to launch. He and the support team are very quick to respond to any question or concerns that comes up. I would highly recommend Referral Rock for any reward program you are launching.

PROS

We had a very tight timeline as our previous vendor-partner was not able to meet our needs based on our agreed upon deadline and we were able to go live with our site with CRM integrations within 2 weeks! The customization capabilities was another key factor in our decision to move forward with Referral Rock.

CONS

We have a handful of Affiliate Partners who are grandfathered in with separate terms than our current program and unfortunately there is a separate license at $75/mo for each program with different rewards so it's not economical for us to be able to use the program for all partners.

Reason for choosing Referral Rock

After 6+ mos of work, vendor could not meet launch deadlines with Zoho integration, not did they have the customization capability we needed.

Reasons for switching to Referral Rock

They were not able to handle the CRM integrations to meet launch deadline, nor was their tool customizable.

Loved using Referral Rock, Great Integration with HubSpot

We've loved our experience with Referral Rock! The implementation team is very helpful and our specialist, [sensitive content hidden], is super responsive and willing to help. She didn't overwhelm us with emails or resources, but we always knew we could go to her with any questions. Overall, a really great experience and we definitely recommend!

PROS

We needed an easy-to-use affiliate management and payout software that integrated seamlessly with our CRM, HubSpot. We've loved our experience so far and it's been easy for our affiliates to use!

CONS

Because we are new to the system, it's sometimes hard to find the settings we're looking for within the system. Also, I wish it were possible for our affiliates to update all of their personal info in their account settings (such as email and Paypal address). Other than that, we are loving it!

Reason for choosing Referral Rock

We loved LeadDyno and were going to go through with it, but it didn't have a 2-way sync with HubSpot so we couldn't make it work with the way our systems are set up. Also, RR support was more timely and consistent even though LeadDyno was great too.

Reasons for switching to Referral Rock

Needed better integration with our system, wanted a more robust system that had several tools for viewing referrals on the affiliate side and just an overall better affiliate user experience
