Global Finances Without the Confusion.

Using tracknow is very beneficial in terms of dealing with the international affiliates because it handles currency exchanges and shows the impact on the bottom line right away. It matches up clean and reduced foreign exchange losses. Overall, tracknow is very helpful and beneficial in marketing affiliate.

Pros:

Dealing with international affiliates is easy now because Tracknow handles currency exchanges and shows me the impact on our bottom line right away. I can run reports in USD even if payments go out in other currencies and it keeps everything balanced without me calculating rates myself.

Cons:

The exchange rate updates happen daily but during market swings I have to check external sources for the latest which is a small hassle.

Great Experiences with TrackNow

Overall quality new product. I've used 6 other affiliate tracking systems previously and this has been the best platform and team so far!

Pros:

Integration was the fastest I've seen. The platform is super fast. Quality of the support we receive is outstanding. Really happy with the transition to TrackNow.

Cons:

I would like things to look a bit prettier on the admin side, but as they explained to me, that would come at a cost of efficiency. Wouldn't be as fast if they changed it. but glad they listened to my request.

Simple tool to prevent vendor data errors.

It adds an important layer of accuracy to our vendor setup process that saves me time and prevents errors.

Pros:

I like how quickly I can check a new vendor’s legal business name and address. When we process invoices for new vendors, I cross-reference the info on their W9 via Tracknow. This quick check is almost fail-safe for avoiding the payment delay from mismatched billing information we’d previously faced.

Cons:

I don't find Tracknow to be much help for sole proprietors or very small local businesses. The data is clearly curated for bigger, incorporated companies and so I still need to manually verify a large share of our vendors, which seems unnecessary.

I really appreciate how accurate and reliable the platform’s tracking has been. Since we started using it, we haven’t experienced any major issues with missed sales or incorrect data. That level of trust is incredibly important, not just for us, but also for our partners who depend on our numbers to ensure their payments are correct.

Cons:

The tracking has been super reliable. The only thing we’ve noticed is that during really high-traffic moments for example like a Black Friday sale, the main dashboard stats can lag by a couple of minutes. It’s not a big deal at all, but just something we have seen occasionally.
