Voluum Tracker should come with a warning label: "Wallets Beware!" This baby’s got a price tag that might just make your credit card whimper. But I know what I am paying for

I decided to stop working with this scam company once they overcharged me and requested refund in skype chat with CSR but got this: " we do not have any refund policy. " Please note, this is PREPAID service, not postpaid. Please stay away from this company, there are lots of trackers now offering competitive service for MUCH lower price ans well as MUCH more adequate support

The tracker itself is OK. The support and customer service is terrible. I paid for subscription for years, until they decided without any agreement, without any notify to charge my paypal account . Nothing changed, neither service or features, just price. No notice, no agreement.

Voluum is a very powerful and intuitive tracking platform. It's essential for my dayly work in the affiliation world. But the best of all is their fast, personalized and very efficient customer support. I had some stats and targeting discrepancies with a couple of well-known ad networks. But thanks to Voluum's assistance I got my money back and even more: the data they provided also helped those ad networks to fix their systems. Really really helpful.

I would like their traffic logs also include ClientHints, besides user agents data. ClientHints is available under request, but not at hand when downloading the logs.

Been using for 4 years and all I can say that it's really easy to use in terms of integration with traffic sources to setting up the campaigns and the user interface is really clean and easy to see the data. When running the campaigns, I able to see all the data that I want in order to optimize the campaigns and so far, all the data is reliable and my campaigns are performing. The account manager is very helpful and fast response. They have implemented new features such as fraud alert, traffic distribution AI and many more. The mobile app was easy to use to monitor the campaigns wherever I go. Previously, the mobile wasn't user friendly but the latest version was improved and fast as well.

It's a little bit pricey compare to other competitors but it's stable and has all the features that I want

Making campaigns profitable

The customer service is outstanding, I'd used another tracker previously and when I needed to change my credit card details I heard nothing for 2 weeks. Voluum I get a response back when our time zones line up, it's the next business day. This might sound menial, however, imagine you have a big Ad spend budget per day and you encounter an issue. Who do you want to work with? 1. A tracker that is cheap and takes days or a week to get back to you, as you are losing money on traffic and/or lost revenue. 2. A tracker that has 5 Star customer service and gets back to you the next business day. I went through option 1 to learn the hard way and settle on option 2. You spend a lot of time learning these software platforms and learning a new one just holds you back from being profitable.

My time zone is 8 hours behind, so I need to wait for a response.

I've been working with Voluum for 7 years now and all in all it's the best solution on the market. It has a lot of alternatives that keep coming and keep offering a lower price, but they're all are lacking smth in terms of tech and features (have also worked with Binom and Thrive). So if budget is not a problem (sometimes Voluum can be quite pricey) and you want the best solution, Voluum is your choice.

I like how easy and intuitive the platform is. Also, you get all the data you need to take marketing decisions. If you're deep into analytics and have some external reports, Voluum also offers the best integration.

Voluum's support is excellent and their road map is driven by the requirements of their customers.

Voluum is an easy to use tool that lets you report on traffic for attibution and set up complex routing rules. I have not seen any downtime after using it for more than 4 years. I recommend voluum!

A small one, but annoying and its been like this for years. There is only a single line of tabs for reporting on entities (eg campaigns/flows/offers) for when you want to open up more than say 5-6 tabs, the navigation through the tabs is tedious through a dropdown. Tabs shold form lines stacked on top of each other for easier navigation.

I've had a great (if not perfect) experience with Voluum over the last several years.

It ease of use and great documentation. With some many powerful features, you could easily get lost on how to use them. But in the end, everything is explained perfectly, with examples, and if there is something, their support team, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] , our account manager, is always there to help. There is literally no limit to how you can use Voluum.

I am appalled by the unethical business practices of Voluum Software and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. If you are considering using their services, I implore you to avoid them at all costs. Allow me to share my infuriating experience with this deceitful company.When I signed up for Voluum's basic plan, I expected to have access to all the features they advertised. However, much to my dismay, the most crucial feature I needed was conveniently locked behind a higher-priced plan. It is an outright scam to lure customers with false promises only to restrict essential features unless they pay more.Incredibly frustrated and feeling deceived, I immediately requested a refund, as I had no intention of upgrading to the higher plan. However, my request was met with nothing but resistance and stubbornness from Voluum Software. They callously refused to refund my hard-earned money, even though it was abundantly clear that their basic plan was inadequate for my needs.I strongly urge you to explore other alternatives that prioritize honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Voluum Software is a prime example of a company that fails to meet even the most basic ethical standards. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment I have endured by steering clear of this untrustworthy and unscrupulous company.

I've been with voluum for over 3 yrs and It hands down the best tracking platform I have used.

Voluum has the best stats reports that I have seen. The break downs are extremely fast and the detailed tracking is unmatched.

There is a little bit of a learning curve to getting it setup but once you are past that it is one awesome tool to ad to your marketing toolbox

Since I moved to Voluum, my online advertising activity has become much easier! I was always able to get help from the wonderful sales and support team (Stephan & Anna) during the migration process with great patience and care! thanks!

Nothing. I didn't get to use it yet as it didn't work for me and they would just say anything when they sell you this stuff.

If you are willing to test if it works for a few hundred bucks then go ahead. But know that they will not offer you a refund no matter what. I was not even able to use it because it didn't work with my website provider. After 8 days of trying and not being able to use it. I asked for a refund as I literally couldn't do anything with this platform, it was useless for me and the person that sold it to me knew that it would be useless if I wasn't able to get that from my website provider, but didn't care to mention that I wouldn't get a refund if I was going to try. So I would recommend to stay away. There are other companies that offer you a refund even after 3 months if their platform didn't improve your sales. Voluum is just a joke.

We are now getting affiliate conversions into Google Ads so that we can use Smart Bidding and increase our ROAS

What I like the most about Voluum is how easy it is to integrate with our services that I use. All the affiliate managers I worked with were pleased with how I could set up my tracking.

For beginners it could be a bit hard to set up, but the support helps you all the way, so it really isn't that big of an issue
