  • The latest version fixed all the complaints we had so none.
  • Connectivity sometimes drops down but still the downtime is low so its manageable.

  • Shows when a prospect opens an email - makes for an easy follow-up call. Integrates with SalesForce seamlessly.
  • Not to mention an amazing Outlook integration to seamlessly keep in contact with my prospects and customers.

  • The format on a new email can get kind of messed up when I use a template. Nothing major, just a minor inconvenience that adds a few deletes and space removal.
  • A lot of location based notifications that can be annoying while driving around.
