Pros
- This has been a great product to use compared to others out there. It makes it very easy to respond to emails without needing to sit down and properly write out the perfect response.
- It s innovative, once one is used to work with it, it is user friendly and helps generate good quality emails.
- The premise that that a natural language engine can generate email messages is fascinating and something I would love to see in the future.
Cons
- I cannot include it in outlook and have to use outlook live and i don't like that. It bugs from time to time and i cannot paste the message in my mail or i loose the message and need to rewrite it.
- Dutch translating is missing for configuration.

Pros
- I like the user friendly feature of customizing the particular reports you desire. It's also easy to add your 'house style' in terms of how you want the final draft to look like.
- I also appreciate the helpful suggestions it provides to help refine and improve my writing.I highly recommend ProWritingAid to anyone looking to improve their writing.
- I love the reports that give me suggestions for improving my writing. It's also very helpful that it connects to Google Docs because that's where I store my files.
Cons
- Sometimes, the widget does not work for some of the text editors on websites. Hell, it even didn't work on the website where I'm writing the review now.
- Documents disappeared and were corrupted ,no customer service solution.
- Since Friday, September 18.2020, I realized that all my docs were no longer accessible or corrupted.
