"I have used many transcribe apps and this is the best I have found, perfect voice recognition of all speakers and very, very few paragraph gaps, which were mostly due to the quality of the audio."

"The right tool: a large multilingual audio file (English and French) was transcribed into text with time codes - very good results."

"Perfect results even for foreign languages (namely portuguese), very clear results with variable audio quality."

"I accidentally uploaded the same file twice and it transcribed it without recognizing it was the same file as the prior one."

"It sometimes split paragraphs in the middle of a sentence when the speaker paused"

"Secondly, the pricing structure is unclear and WAY too expensive for what it is. And my favorite part - when I reached out to support because I panicked when I saw what was charged to my account, they were VERY rude and antagonizing rather than just explaining to me why I was charged that amount and trying to keep me as a customer."
