"In fact, this function alone has saved a significant amount of time during an outage."

"Specifically, my pet peeve is that once you filter down to a specific context within search, it’s virtually impossible to expand it again — there is no obvious “return to everything” button and I have accidentally clicked away and lost my entire query more than once."

"There’s a lot going on in the user interface — there are far too many options presented at the same level with no obvious hierarchy so new employees frequently get lost, and sometimes long-time employees get lost as well."
