The UI for the end user is extremely slick, which reflects well on any business or service using Persona. #### Cons It would be great if they offered a tier in between their startup and essential plan. The startup plan is extremely generous and perfect for new businesses that are keeping costs low, however the essential plan ($250 p/m at time of writing) represents a large jump in overheads - particularly for any bootstrapped startups.
