I really appreciate the how to's on every page of their website along with the knowledge base which keeps customers from having to reach out to customer support to get a quick answer.

We were able to provide the police live tracking of the vehicle where the criminals were pulled over and arrested less than 2 hours after it was stolen.

It is very comprehensive and easy to use the software. Backed by a big organizations like Zoho which will give you a sense of security.

Application management per device is a bit restricted, as there was no way to uninstall/reinstall specific applications on specific devices, unless you create a profile around it.

Very complicated interface... the german nationalisation is very poor.

Sales is great with the free trial. We have had some major interruptions due to COVID while evaluating and they have been great on extending it.

ManageEngine MDM was very easy to set up and they have good documentation to aid in learning the more complex functionality.

The lack of information in the staging process is a downfall. You can have 20 of the same hardware staged, with no information such as S/N or IMEI to identify the staged hardware.

It was quick and easy to connect and setup. Everything was where you would expect and deployment was super easy.

I needed it mostly for the remote app installation and this had the easiest option to do it. Appreciated that it supported many platforms.

We are running over 800 devices  is Moki control and the platform has been very robust. No unscheduled outages in the last 24 months that we have been on the platform, great reliability.

Moki's lack of responsiveness does not support your viewing experience in iPhone and only nearly in an normal size iPad.

The best features to have with Moki is the overall ease of use.

The basic use of the platform is simple enough in a computer. It is easy to check all the vitals in one or two views, which is great and the scalability to manage larger networks is made easy.

To manipulate the Moki Total Control tools is very simple and through its good and stable performance i was able to save project time.

The device controls and monitoring options are easy, and the reporting features are helpful in many ways. It is an effective mobile device management solution for businesses.

I would say that Moki is an enhanced add-on for your average MDM (for Android at least), in that where your MDM might fail to provide the features you need, Moki can fill that void.

Overall, I am very happy that I chose this product. I highly recommend it to other business owners as well.

Sometimes freezing can occur and the price is disheartening plus it is limited only to mobile.

Moki has recently been more engaged with their customers as they look to expand their services, which is good to see after they went a few years without any new major feature releases.
