It's been great from day one. The sales team was great, the implementation was painless, and the ongoing support is great.

Since we implemented Avanan, we have only had a handful of emails that users have requested to be released from quarantine. Our administrative burden has been significantly reduced.

What I like most is the ease of use and support.

The only thing I dislike about AVANAN is the fact it miss classifies items, sometimes. But this is actually preferred, as opposed to letting a malicious email slip through the cracks.

The fact that Avanan sits infront of Microsoft ATP filter is great as it gives us capabilities that other security solutions can't offer.

However, you can submit any question to the customer support team, and they will answer anything you throw at them and help you understand.

It was getting to be too much to manage, knowing that if one user clicks a bad link, it could results in a security incident.

Avanan is a high quality product that delivers tremendous value for an organizations anti-phishing and email security endeavors. Easy to use and great support team as well.

When properly configured most tasks can be done without leaving the Avanan interface. Dashboard is clean and informative and product integrates cleanly into GSuite for all us K-12 people out there.

I measure a company's competency and confidence in their product by how good their support team is, and I have to say they are amazing.

They have outstanding support when we've needed it and the UI is simple to use yet very powerful.

I love the reporting they offer also. It helps us the review our security.

I have had zero bad experiences or poor experience with anyone from Avanan's team or the product.

But those outstanding features take a backseat to their support team.

The interface is well-made and fairly intuitive and Avanan has a good habit of taking advise when issues or delays are noticed when using there interface.

It is fairly intuitive to use, integration was well supported and they are responsive and communicative when it matters.

I recommend looking at Avanan in consideration for your Office 365 platform. It is an understatement to say the program is easy to use, and it powerful and useful.

Avanan blocks more phishing and spam than Office 365 by itself.

The Data Loss Prevention section makes it easier to manage your sensitive data by blocking or encrypting email messages automatically.

It is a great tool and works perfectly with out O365 environment.

There aren't any issues that require constant support. Everyone I've talked to at Avanan, from the sales rep to the support guys have all been very helpful and able to help me out.

Eradicate phishing emails and track suspicious login activity all in one platform.

Better price-point then competitors and much much easier to work with. If you want to be able to implement in under 15 minutes, THIS is the platform for your business.

Two are I;d like to see imroved. Threats are reported but no action can be taken.

Setup and installation takes no time and you start seeing benefits immediately. My favorite part of this product is the ability to easily mass delete phishing messages from users mailboxes.

The administration is easy and everyone in the company seems to like it. We love that they keep adding new features that have helped us since we went with Avanan as well.

The product was easy to implement, is reasonably priced, and does a fantastic job of protecting our end users email from attacks.

This software is easy to install across multiple devices and easy to use. The renewal process is easy and quick.

Visually, it's easy to find what you want to do.

It easy use for administrator, just install the platform and configure the policy and the system will do the rest protecting your investment.

This product worked great for multiple businesses that I have used it with. I have had very few issues with the product and its effectiveness.

Trend Micro did the job when I was able to use it for free.

It definitely does its job it scans thoroughly and I haven't had a problem with any viruses because it catches any sort of thing it scans for.

Featured packet for the price, especially its very effective spam mail blocker. It can be great for small to medium business due to it easy deployment.

Their support is excellent especially when we are looking to them for guidance.

Cloud based AV software that works better than what im currently running. Quick speedy installation, small lightweight package that allows constant monitoring.

It is one Of  first products in starting Apt base attack protection.

The user interface is a painful experience. You might need to spend some time on the first time you setting up the software and use the software.

The hardest part is setting up control manager as the CM has a terrible GUI.

It is a great product and would recommend anyone to use it. It works perfectly for my business at this level.

It is very easy to use, you can indicate unwanted emails and maintain an updated database, very useful in small businesses.

Policy management can be misleading, does need time spent to test and configure initially before wide scale deployment.
