Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like that ESET works in harmony with the computer's resources, knows how to manage perfectly and is quite efficient.
- I think this software is the best solution for protection of your system. Provides modern and intuitive UI witch lots of security features.
- Overall, I am more than pleased with the ESET experience - it covers every security issue I can think of in terms of personal/user security.
Cons
- The only thing that it fails is allow changes on User network.
- Changing to game mode can be a bit more difficult.
- It can block things that I need to install, but usually works out in the end. Blocking things that I require can slow things down but not too much of an issue.
Pros
- Great benefits with insight into information we would not have had otherwise. Great team and the desire to provide excellent customer service.
- The team at Perch is very helpful and SUPER easy to work with. Support is a pleasure to work with and will always find a solution quickly.
- Perch is a perfect compliment to our services as it provides the SOC portion to security and their team then works with ours to get our customers taken care of.
Cons
- We failed an audit because didn't provide the raw logs for the duration that we needed it. Perch is a simple basic alerting that sometimes fails to alert.
- The only con is that it's too bad we need a service such as this.
- Speed of the platform overall - some days, it drags hard.
