Pros/Cons
Pros
- I believe that in the time that I have used Graphus, its Ease of use has gotten better as well as functional feature improvements and I am excited to see what they come up with next.
- Graphus is a strong product with a good community backing its feature creation, it has minimized our monthly downtime due to users clicking on malware links and user queries.
- Over all experience has been positive and I am impressed with the platform.
Cons
- We would receive complaints from users about Graphus "Missing" emails - that were VERY clearly marked BEWARE OF THIS EMAIL.
- Handles the domain names with 1 letter missing or changed plus newly created domain names.
- The UI is decent but limited for administrators.
Pros
- We are extremely happy and pleased with being able to keep our email system and computers safe and also protecting our customers information is top priority.
- If you do recognize the sender you can still access the email. I was not surprised at the quality of this software because McAfee has a great reputation and is a leader in computer security.
- Like feeling safe that something is protecting my computer. Getting updates to run checks has been good.
Cons
- I had a bad experience having my email hacked years ago causing me a lot of annoyance being locked out of email and losing important email addresses.
- I forgot to renew and I felt they were very pushy in terms of reminding me.
- This software has a clash with multiple pther softwares upon my systems and has a tendency of causing the computers to crash completely wiping the drive. I definitely wouldnt recommend.
