Pros/Cons
Pros
- I believe that in the time that I have used Graphus, its Ease of use has gotten better as well as functional feature improvements and I am excited to see what they come up with next.
- Graphus is a strong product with a good community backing its feature creation, it has minimized our monthly downtime due to users clicking on malware links and user queries.
- Over all experience has been positive and I am impressed with the platform.
Cons
- We would receive complaints from users about Graphus "Missing" emails - that were VERY clearly marked BEWARE OF THIS EMAIL.
- Handles the domain names with 1 letter missing or changed plus newly created domain names.
- The UI is decent but limited for administrators.
Pros
- In my role, not being the technical manager for the platform but being responsible for both our expense budget and customer satisfaction, we achieved and important improvement in both.
- The best benefit is that I don't have to think about it. Like building a nice fence around your house.
- What I love most SpamTitan is its reliability. It is a well-designed and effective software with fantastic customer service.
Cons
- As a bussines owner, I came up with a lot fake spam email asking for project collaboration, and the worst thing someone try to send me email filled with link filled with virus.
- The only point that i dislike is, there are no access to the software from other device except from my computer, as it only operating from stand-alone application for desktop.
- Our sales reps would get their reports of potential clients that had their emails blocked by the system the next day which was also very bad for us.
