Pros
- Remains the besteasy installation and setup, attractive interface and great effectiveness in the search for viruses and malware.
- The most important and the best thing in Bitdefender antivirus plus is the Real-Time Data Protection and easy way to use the graphical user interface. And you have Multi-layered ransomware protection.
- After trying competing products like kaspersky, avast or avg, it remains the best performing and easy to use antivirus.
Cons
- Detects fake domains, bank accounts and even malicious text messages to safeguard your personal information from being stolen by hackers and scammers.
- There is no option to switch it off for a while, you have to uninstall and re-install, which feels clumsy and awkward.
- BD does spam you quite a lot with their advertisements if you have not bought every addon. This can be somewhat frustrating but not a game stopper.
Pros
- This feature is great as it allows me to feel more comfortable doing online shopping and other internet-related activities. It is super easy to use once it is installed.
- Overall another great antivirus software in the market that might come in the top with it's features and thanks to reve for that.
- One of the more pleasant interfaces for antivirus programs and also have a mobile app ,which while it doesn't have all the features of the computer version ,is still a great defense for your device.
Cons
- There is absolutely nothing I can think of that's negative with this product.
- What I don't like is that it's a bit costly and doesn't work on low end computers as it uses a bit of RAM and hard disk space.
- It can be very demanding on your PC , just because REVE is so expansive in the protection it offers.
