Pros
- I have been happy with the platform and feel that at its price point the its ease of use and functionality is great for a small business like ours.
- I've been using Formaloo for our small startup, and it has been a game-changer. The ease of creating stunning forms that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional is a huge plus.
- The support team is very responsive and they help you a lot with questions. It seems to me that it can become a pretty solid option for creating forms in a very short time.
Cons
- They are missing out on having support for RTL languages and their integrations are a bit shaky.
- I also had an issue with a user being unable to complete a basic survey so this software may be more troubling once I really get to know it.
- The UI is still a bit hard to use. Every option I click seems to open a new tab/window.
Pros
- The templates are beautiful, you can literally do anything with them. All of my forms are so easy to customize, which has helped me improve our conversion rates tremendously.
- Overall, its a great platform to incorporate into my business. Simple tools are the best way to go and the advantage of signature figure and pdf was perfect for the success of my business.
- Overall, my experience with Jotform has been outstanding. The platform's intuitive interface and customizable features have made data collection a seamless process.
Cons
- When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.
- This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.
- I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.
