amazing tool , you can build online application and give access to the client without any cost

security , fast navigation , web application not desktop app , make connection with db direct can make reporting or app with multilanguage by only short steps using wizard

Cons:

not easy to learn using this tool , this tool has alot of features , so not every software company able to work and make a good erp system using it

User Friendly Application Builder

if you are already using Oracle Database, then apex is free! It is really easy to maintain, and administer authorizations, and promotes rapid application development.

Pros:

My favourite features are turning spreadsheets into apps, external data sharing, and the ability to scale and deploy apps either on the cloud or on-premises.

Cons:

It does require some initial configurations and installations which were challenging to set up, but once it is running it is so efficient for development.
