Beyond satisfied! Very Happy customer ! Customer service beyond Supreme!
I can't say enough positive things about this company, they are very professional, knowledgeable about their product and even amateurs can develop an app to fit their needs, & there is certainly a need for a mobile app as the world quickly changes we must adjust with it & their timely customer service enables any one with any background do so. My customer service agent [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], broke things down for me very simplistically and din't make me feel like an idiot she went far above and beyond what was required of her in a timely manner, I've never experienced better customer service!

CONSFinding ways to promote it seems to be a challenge at this time, but they walk you through that aspect as well, (I'm not tech savvy at all) but through there extended availability, and quick responses any issue I may have is quickly addressed and they walk you though it step by step.
Reason for choosing Shopney
I chose shopney because right off the bat they were extremely available and thorough in their explanations and while advocating their product, the product (so Far) seems to 100% back up itself. You would be doing yourself a large disservice by not at least trying the Free Trial. It's worth the work ! In addition the entire product took me less then a week to be in all app stores!

Their customer service was not helpful, and they wouldn't work with me.

Shopney Vs Other App Companies
I absolutely love Shopney, the software, the awesome Customer Care especially their turn around time to assist with Support to help setup the app, and the friendly staff such as [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and so forth! The only other company I know with the same level of Customer Care is Shopify itself.
PROSIt is absolutely by far the easiest app builder I have EVER used and it is truly beyond user-friendly, so much so that I am shocked at how easy it is to setup Shopney which will become my companies own app! It is amazing!
CONSThere is absolutely nothing I don't like or would like to change, it is an absolute fantastic software platform which seamlessly integrates with Shopify 101%

Price and it's ease to integrate with Shopify which makes it so Realtime awesome, everything is pulled from my store and I do not have to redo everything over again, or add my entire menu onto Shopney again, their integration with Shopify is just out of this World!

The UI is sleep and fast. Price is mid tier. The process of set up is easy and a non technical person can also configure an app with shopney. Support multi language support
CONSSupports only a few integrations. Does not have a good delivery feature. No native payment gateway

Well my experience is incredible and what the people from Shopney did to me is something I can explain, but makes me really happy today in a simple way I just want to say is nice when someone look after you... Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and whole team.
PROSIntegration with other app, fast and easy to do.... The concept DIY is amazing, but the support is fantastic. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] follow me all the way up.
CONSThe integration features are really good, for now I have just activate the shopfy inbox integration, but I planning to integrate Facebook AD as well.

Well for the first before you Install any app normally you check feedback, to me was different because when I was opened the app store in Shopfy the valuation on Shopney is 5.0 the maximum stars, so is impossible to do not see that. Second when you start to have contact with the support you discovery you have a great team looking after you for real.
