Easy to use (I don't have complaints from my dev team)

The main problem I face is about data sources. Exemple on Isochrone maps for cars during peak hours in Paris. Do you use modelled traveled time based on another city with data collected form Here or do you use directly Here travel time data ? Hopefully my clients are not looking at this point too much in details. But I am pretty sure that at some points, it would append.

I mainly use Targomo to check out travel time isochrones. I feel that they provide a good variety of parameters to adjust and the public transport feature is quite impressive. Sometimes I need to calculate these travel times areas for a large number of points and Targomo handles this very fast.

One downside for me was when starting out, it took me a while to find out how to use it and how to integrate Targomo in my R script. There was some documentation, but for my setup (and as someone quite new with these kind of tools) it was a bit trial and error to get it to work. So perhaps a more 'low level' introduction to this tool would be interesting.

Targomo staff was very helpful in helping us write Python code to query their Isochrone API. These queries allow us to efficiently calculate the areas accessible by different transport modes across a large number of cities. Based on manual checks, the areas seem to be accurate across many different cities and countries. The GIS polygons produced are very detailed.

Would be nice to be able to calculate auto isochrones using real-time traffic for different times of day.
