It is very user friendly. I was placed in charge of building and adding all the information we needed for our event to guidebook, and as a first time user I found it easy to learn.

The superb organization and the supreme convenience. I was able to spend a great chunk of time going through each and every event and marking off the ones that interested me.

Overall if you have the budget for this product I would highly recommend it.

For what it does, Guidebook is very useful. Great at being that one place on the phone for visitors to click to for information about the events taking place on campus.

I appreciate the price point, as it allows organizations to only pay for users who are actually downloading and utilizing the app. The ability to upload schedules form a spreadsheet is also helpful.

We are printing fewer program books for our conference and I expect we will ultimately stop printing them altogether.

Attendees loved it, and it was highly used. Customer service was also responsive and helpful.

It's visually appealing and I can always find what I need. Customer support has been wonderful and they are always helpful.

The customization options and user interface are two of my favorite things about Kintone. The ability to allow permissions at various levels and create spaces supports multi-program needs.

When a use case requires someone to access an extremely limited amount of information, it's difficult to justify the cost of those additional licenses.

This software easily integrates excel spreadsheets and no code apps. This has allowed our organization the ability to streamline work flow & processes.

The price cannot be beaten. We switched over from Quickbase, which was much more expensive and less intuitive.

Their quote for getting more out of the software was reasonable. The pricing is great and allows non-enterprise users to access their platform.

Everything is built & nested within our collaborative work-space leading to a lead in proficiency. It's also extremely easy to use to stay on top of key notifications throughout the day.

Easy to learn and use this program -- Kintone is easy to use, modify and revise the functions to keep a  project alive.

We have now customized and created databases to track our cats (we're a cat rescue), their statuses, any medical visits and costs, and our donors, adopters and fosters.

I scoped the market for a system that was easy to implement and offered just what we needed without any extre bells and whistles that we didn't want to pay for. This perfectly fit our needs.

Tiny inconveniences, stuff like the lack of a quick way to enter a DOB into a date field; stuck having to scroll by months.

My experience has been very positive. Customer service has been amazing and I've been able to reduce a lot of paperwork that's done manually.

There is no calendar that can be used to show appointments, case dates, deadlines. Other than that, it does everything else.

As we continue to utilize the program, we may come up with some questions or problems.
