Well, I like,yeah seriously like Codenvy for my JavaScript, PHP,Python projects and its cool, uncluttered UI fascinates me, keeps my head cool-the most important thing for a developer.

The  ease of use is pretty good , but its java editor is not the best especially compared eclipse. OTher wise codenvy is one of my favorites.

It worked on eclipse, and when I copy pasted the code, there was a compile error. I double checked with others, and they got similar errors.

Customer support is great. I like that the free version has an hour meter, but isn't limiting in any other way.

After trying Codenvy I am thoroughly impressed - this shouldn't be possible. I love the way they are taking advantage of containerization, and the UI is very well done.

Debugging Python limited compared to desktop IDE. Some of the pre-generated images lack a bit in description/documentation of what's where.

But what made me choose codenvy was is the great system they have built. It's fast, reliable and, so far, is working very nice to me.

It is just an amazing environment to code, debug and improve the effectiveness.

It is very good platform. It made very easy for coding ,testing and  deployment and deployment is free of cost.

I found and liked that Github was integrated making it easy to clone repos and push files over. Its pretty cool that there's keybinding for vi and emacs.

I started using this after I bought a low budget Chromebook. It really is an awesome cloud IDE and it supports than enough for a student like me.

The pricing is very much fair and you can share the workspaces with team members as well as external clients and members.

It can sometimes lag, or sometimes give me an error here or there, but at least it works.

I started using this to type C++ programs on the go, and it's a super user friendly. This is probably one of the best IDEs I've worked with.

Integration part gets very easy and is accessible from anywhere is a big advantage. No need to carry your laptop, makes more comfortable.

Some flaws of codenvy are its lag, and its occasional delays.

Amazing cloud development with great integrated tools even works with chrome books love it.

One thing that I dislike is that you have to pay for a subscription to have access to premium support.

It helps large groups and teams, the platform is easy to use.

I would definitely recommend Codenvy for a super easy, nice looking and reliable online IDE.

The most amazing with this is how easy you can share all that complex environment with a single click using the Factories.

These delays may not even be attributed to Codenvy itself, but may be a result of network connectivity problems or individual computer problems.

They have provided an ample number of tutorials to use codes, both automatic and source and the best part I love about this application is its customer service.

The best is that you don't need to download a heavy software and the progress is saved on the cloud.

After some adjusting, I have learned to love it. The ability to use it cross platform, on-the-fly via the Chrome Browser has become a Godsend.

Same for their documentations it's amazing I love the categories really helpful and easy to do what you have to do.

Also It's very annoying that virtual machine powers off after several minutes. If I'm writing an application I need to relaunch my code quite often and these poweroffs are really frustrating.

So nice to have that event stream and subscriptions. And it's very easy to share your findings with colleagues.

Metric types takes time to understand. Sometimes it is very difficult to understand the graph report and it is bit technical to use.

It is friendly user.interface, it has very good customer support. It allows create flexible dashboards.

Excellent cloud monitoring solution which gives good visibility across multiple cloud applications.

Pricing can get confusing as there are multiple tiers per feature set.

It's really helpful to monitor your development and production environment under one platform provided you know how to configure it effectively.

It is an excellent tool for the use case that I have for Datadog.

Good customer service easy integration to the platform for its use and do not need a lot of work to understand it easy to configure and very personalized.

API and documentation are top notch and we were able to build integrations quite easily.

It has pretty robust support for Windows machines and the custom metrics support is great, so you can track anything you'd like.

It also helps to keep everything you need to diagnose issues in 1 place. Making for a clear end to end vision.

Datadog is an amazing cloud monitoring solution that provides great insight and alerting for our platform.

They provide great features for cloud monitoring and compatible with most of the monitors. UI is fast and support team is very responsive.

Although the initial learning curve of utilizing Datadog's plethora of data analytics tools is steep, it's well worth the effort and price as there is much value to the metrics Datadog provides.

The notebook feature is quite useful too, if you are not ready to spend much on dashboards. Overall, nice all in one solution to capture logs from cloud and analyze them.

Dashboards are super customizable and refreshing time is very quick. Templates save you lot of time.

Datadog is useful for visualizing and monitoring your cloud applications.

Datadog is easy to use and is very powerful. Used in a variety of ways to track metrics across apps.

An excellent monitoring service packed with features at a very affordable price.

Huge number of connectors, usable dashboards and reporting, quite nice and fast search in logs which is good for incident/security incident investigation.

Some of the detailed views of where bottlenecks are troubling a system can be lacking. Something we've seen a lag getting data refreshed in the dashboards.

The ability to filter and monitor data is definitely the highlight for me.

I truly enjoy the integrations that datadog provides. It allows us to view more metrics that are more of a deep dive into specific applications.

Not have rate limiter to control some bad metrics. Not have a mobile app, in some case can be faster  to get some alerts.

Being able to combine all of our analytics tools in one place makes it easy to find the right information to investigate, monitor, and resolve operational issues quickly.

Datadog is easy to use, you can have custom and multiple dashboard, what is nice to control your environment/network.

Could have a mobile app so we can have mobile notifications, It could be hard to integration with others tools.

Alerts regarding errors. Excellent customer support.

I noticed that this monitoring system is very flexible, you can track pretty much any metric, which is great. Great integration with many services like AWS, Chef, Couchbase, JVM, HAProxy, MySQL etc.

DataDog is what we recommend and implement for our clients, and provides more useful features than Sensu.

When users begin a new project, production runtimes are defined by existing Docker and Compose files. Runtimes are configured so developers can connect to them, and workspace agents inject root-privileged terminal, language services for auto-completion, and SSH access. Finally, a debugger is connected for code inspection.


Codenvy virtual workspaces allow developers to edit, save, build and debug code as though it were local.
