Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It has greatly improved its bug tracking and project tracking mechanisms. It has a number of great add-ons which can help in software quality and maintenance.
  • Another great benefit is that you don't have to invest for the security of the code as that is handled by Github itself.
  • Cons

  • I personally was confused by pushes and pulls and was worried I was going to mess things up.
  • A lot of fake and spam results come up with search very hard to filter out actual solution which makes it very time consuming.

  • Pros

  • Huge amount of packages supported. Very responsive customer service.
  • The administration and delivery for MyGet is awesome, and uploading packages is mostly pretty easy.
  • Cons

  • MyGet billing and support was less than useless in fixing this problem since their poor response times helped drag this out.
  • The overall performance is quite bad. Uploading and downloading speed is significantly slower than expected.
