  • Pros

  • What I love most about SalesForce is it’s customizability. So many features and each user can have a flow that works best for them.
  • Dashboard and reporting were amazing for me to manage my team. I loved being able to see where projects were in relation to each step.
  • It is very stable and a pleasure to work with. The REST API Developer Guide is very welcome and usefull.
  • Cons

  • Being stuck with this as the interface for it is simply unacceptable. I do not think there are many worse mobile adaptions of a platform as this one.
  • In the start some bugs and errors, they were fixed couple months after. Chat: no timer added yet, you don't know how long is the current chat.
  • The licensing became an obstacle as we continued to grow.

  • The real-time notifications feature is excellent. It allows me to stay on top of important changes to my apps and respond immediately when needed.
  • It's super simple to connect services up to get notifications about when something happens. It also allows you to do fun things like use philips hue lightbulbs to alert you when something happens.
  • It's super easy to use, their customer support is great, and it integrates with pretty much every platform we need. We've been able to sep up automations for everything, great filter system as well.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes it's still a little hard to fix an error when a zap reports a problem because it's not 100% clear what the error is.
  • I hate that you have to rebuild a step in order to change things around when needed.
  • Customer service is awful. The site is glitchy at times.
