This software changed my life, i've been working for over 5 years and it made me go to many countries, and know many people, also i've gained a lot of knowledge. Totally recommended for anyone who wants to start a profesional life.

This is a good software and way to work, i am sap basis netweaver, i love it because there are always new things, you never stop learning, everyday it's something new to do, you can have 20 years experience, and anyway it will be new things to do and learn, with sap netweaver you can do many things, for any kind of company, food, manufacturing, retail, with it i've been working in many countries and had contact with any kind of customer, all of them were pleased with my help and knowledge of it.

This software sometimes becomes hard to learn, and to use, because its too big, and it has many bugs, that can be fixed with sap notes kba, another bad point, is that customer always think that any trouble can be resolved with sap netweaver consultant, and it can't be.

- It's a data history buffer. - Facilitate interdepartmental communication, because the data it's in one place. - You can use it in multiple ways, from RRHH to Logistics. - Better control in the areas. - You can control your process, even productive problems. - Every user has a responsability, if something go wrong you can know who did it. - The system has access control, not everyone can modify the data or configuration. - The system is separated by modules. For example: Production Planning (PP), Material Managment (MM). - You have a great variety of transaction that you can use in multiples ways. - You can share and modify your data easily. (Just in PP or MM not master data) - You can customize reports according your requirements. - Align Processes.

-It's not a easy to use tool, if you don't have a trainning could be hard. - The price is a little high to a standar model. - The support it's a little hard to find and you have to practice a lot if you want to maximize the use. - Not all companies work with a standard model. - The master data management have to be concentrated in only one person, if not you can have some troubles. - The profiles permissions can be a hard work.

This is my job, actually. I like the way SAP is based on NetWeaver because it's a very good and stable platform. It works all the time and when there is a problem, it's easier to fix than it would be in other ERPs' framework, like purely Java or C.

SAP NetWeaver is the platform behind the SAP ERP, it has the ABAP and Java stack which makes everything works. It works very well and has a good support for customization. The SAP support is also really good. You can find consultants to help you all around the world.

Sometimes it can be a little slow, because of how some functions are handled, but you can quickly test with performance tools and adapt your function to work properly. It's not a big con. I think it's maturity has overpassed many gaps that used to be there in the past.

sap integrates with various interfaces. helps in management and with the right automation can save a lot of time for employees. the few steps needed to perform some functions and the clean interface are also plus points.

it takes a lot of training to master the tool which for new users can be a problem. Also, I believe that external support is always necessary, which makes it more expensive to manage the tool. the resolution of errors is not simple and depending on the urgency it can become a bigger problem

SAP has made our day to day operations much easier than ever before. The program does take some time to learn but once you do it a few times its very easy.

Its quite easy to use once you get use to the codes and it does everything that it was created to do.

It helps to save a lot of time within the company due to its easy integration with other workable software. what I love the most about it is its flexibility and real time applications. It allows you to get the job done in the most efficient way possible.

Too many codes to remember in order to use as efficiently as possible. The process to reverse an error is a bit tedious and it signs out too quickly during idle time.

Because of its comprehensive nature, lengthy formal training would probably be required for most employees.

It integrates all company's system into one environment. Easy to use and a great variety of choices and reports. Also, you can run 2 or more windows of the same user account simultaneously.

Not very often it needs more time to download a great amount of data. But that is rare.

I like that how many categories of information you can include, and that they're customizable to your needs.

It can be difficult to scroll through information or down lists. It's not smooth, but kind of jumpy. That may only be my experience with the web browser version.

This is a great software to manage the supply chain in the company. We use it as our main software for purchases and merchandise dispatch in the company. Fast interface. Nice looking design.

SAP NetWeaver is not very user friendly so you have to search for function codes to be able to generate what you require.

I have been using different solutions of the SAP Netweaver suite for a while - primarily SAP PI. Worked on different versions of SAP PI - 7.0, 7.11, 7.3, 7.31, 7.4 and 7.5. For the most part my experience of SAP Netweaver suite was great.

There really aren't any cons with this product once you have the required codes the system basically does everything for you

This interface is clunky and slow. Bogged down by internet explorer, it needs an update.

Sap Netweaver is a very useful program to our daily work life. But is a little bit complicated to use. It gives you the power to have order in your database of clients but it could be easier and more friendly.

Lots of features , links with microsoft AD, seems robust and fast, only three months of experience, nice cube like functionality

Its hard to find the pieces and parts, you have to right click and look under menus, needs a search with instructions on how to get to a place.
