Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, user friendly interface and my clients enjoy the convenience of it. Also, I LOVE that it alerts my clients of upcoming appointments, which makes my life easier.

  • easy to set up and easy to use thereafter great usermanual aswell!

  • Cons

  • The interface is a bit clunky on the phone, but they are working on it. Other than that, I don't have any issues.

  • There is no APP for smartphones, though they do have a web-app that allows you to access info. This is okay, but would be quicker and easier if there was a full app to access the schedule.

  • Pros

  • Its very easy to use and very helpfull for every company

  • Great software, easy to use and customise. Very happy

  • Cons

  • There are bugs with it on occasion, and this is the only Con. Yes, the bugs are fixed within a day or 2 and the customer service has improved over the years, so I will stick with the product.

  • The software does good with syncing between other devices but very few but sometimes I have missing blocks of scheduled time and I have to reload the app on both devices es to sync them again
