  • As a professional in a not-for-profit field, a robust booking tool with comprehensive customizations also available in the free version is so great.
  • Moreover the customer service is amazing with the experience I've had. The ease of adding the software to the site is a huge benefit.
  • Cons

  • I took a leave of absence for family reasons and After a period of time, they marked my account as inactive.
  • Customer service team have little knowledge of their software and provide a very poor and rude service.

  • I love the functionality of this software and the reports are so great, helps me to track my earnings and see top treatments.
  • It very easy to use and if you have any issues you have a dedicated account manager who is always happy to help. It tracks you sales and staff and also does all your promoting and marketing for you.
  • Cons

  • Difficult for customers to pay via treatwell if already booked via pay at salon. I wish it had a pay at salon option where they can pay via card.
  • Does not require a deposit for booking, so people and cancel or no show with out penalty. Only recognizes a client if exact name is used.
