What I like best about Acuity Scheduling is how it simplifies the process of setting appointments by eliminating the need for constant email exchanges. In this case, I just need to share my link with external clients who then pick a time most convenient for me while still considering their own time zone. That was perfect for us when we first started growing. You can text a link directly to your calendar, and then you get notified when someone schedules an appointment. The client gets reminders too which helps with no show appointments. That needs to be done better.
