Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The sleek look and functionality are so amazing. I love that is links with all of the emails for my company and makes scheduling easy and quick.

  • It was easy to set up and use. I love how it helped my customers get money to me quickly.

  • Cons

  • The only thing that I don’t like is the price due to having my own business it can get very costly, but nothing is free in this world so I’m still willing to pay for a membership

  • The only drawback is the user interface. I find it a bit clunky in the initial set up of schedules. Once that's done, however, it works flawlessly.

  • Customer support was great. Very supportive when I called.

  • This software was very easy to use and most of the time customer support was always on our side. There were a lot of options to use to run our business successfully.

  • Cons

  • I wish it would display ALL the future appointments a client has on the confirmation page. It would greatly help me to realize mistakes I've made on my schedule.

  • all the updates sometime I'm home and my app won't work because of updates . I also wish it was quicker to book on my cell it's a lot of steps
