Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The sleek look and functionality are so amazing. I love that is links with all of the emails for my company and makes scheduling easy and quick.

  • It was easy to set up and use. I love how it helped my customers get money to me quickly.

  • Cons

  • The only thing that I don’t like is the price due to having my own business it can get very costly, but nothing is free in this world so I’m still willing to pay for a membership

  • The only drawback is the user interface. I find it a bit clunky in the initial set up of schedules. Once that's done, however, it works flawlessly.

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use and customer service is great.

  • runs fast, clicks work well, does not get typically frozen. Dispatch board was nice to look at. We liked being able to color code certain jobs. it was visually nice.

  • Cons

  • Certain features gives error message but aside this Wintac is a fantastic software and i entreat every small to medium enterprise to try. i know you wouldn't Regret it.

  • They couldn't answer some questions about xcharge. It doesn't have a credit card swipe feature.
