"The answers are thoughtful, they try to solve the problem properly, and when something isn’t part of the product direction they explain the reasoning rather than fobbing you off. Because it’s a feature-heavy plugin, I’ve ended up doing a bit of fine-tuning with PHP/CSS (sometimes using AI tools to speed things up)."

"The plugin has some quirks and missing features (event tickets & dedicated pages per event rather than popups …), but the support has always been helpful and dedicated to fix any issues I’ve run into."

"Now that I’ve upgraded to the Elite license, I’m planning to build a full automated workflow using Amelia's REST API to streamline my back-office and CRM tasks."

"Thus far the only downside I found was the need for having an active employee in your installation and the requirement that employee is visible on the website"
