I am new to AppointmentCare, but so far really love the ease of use both for myself and my clients.

Ease of scheduling clients. Giving clients a platform that they could easily access themselves.

PROS

Setting up appointments is easy. Also I love being able to create a list of services. Within a few minutes of signing up for my free trial, I was able to have this scheduler up and running. Sending out the link to clients was easy and took that layer of worry off of my shoulders. Customer Care is super responsive to concerns.

CONS

Just wish that the sole practitioner level had an option for email reminders to be sent for upcoming appointments.
