Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love the fact customer's choose which time works for them. It saves so much confusion and we have not yet had one scheduling conflict.

  • It was so easy to use. It doesn't take a lot of time to learn how to use and more importantly it works with Google which brings in 95% of our customers.

  • Cons

  • Well, I love everything about this software, but I would be much happy if they can add some money integration features to it.

  • Would love it to be able to track received payments, and stop clients booking when they haven't prepaid, but that is the only thing I miss. Everything else is fab.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and ideal for bookings I find that all my staff can manage the app easily, and it's pretty simple to see who's doing no what and when

  • Affordable, great integration with Google calendar and the widget option is very nice and easy to embed.

  • Cons

  • Would like to see customisable customer follow up emails and reminders. The current integration with MailChimp is OK but rather convoluted.

  • If there is one feature we could get, it would be an integrated POS. With that said, we currently use Square and it's working fabulously.
