Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love the fact customer's choose which time works for them. It saves so much confusion and we have not yet had one scheduling conflict.

  • Impressive Customer Service. Very quick response time and very helpful. A lot of the default settings are already very useful easy to customize your page

  • Cons

  • Well, I love everything about this software, but I would be much happy if they can add some money integration features to it.

  • Would love it to be able to track received payments, and stop clients booking when they haven't prepaid, but that is the only thing I miss. Everything else is fab.

  • Easy to use and this is best softwere and esy access

  • Excellent service from setting up to training and implementation

  • Cons

  • overall we are happy with the software, only small issues would be the ability to customize things sometimes needed by us.

  • It is a little expensive on the pocket for smaller business units with limited features.
