Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Excellent customer service. Multiple clients have commented positively about the system.

  • I love how I can take my scheduler anywhere. The app on my iPhone is easy to use and always available. I can modify most of the things on my phone without needing a desktop.

  • Cons

  • There are occasional glitches but other than that, it is a tool that constantly evolves to become the ultimate app for scheduling.

  • It was only a schedule and the service and pricing area was confusing. I loved the app but I needed to expand my capabilities a little.

  • Pros

  • Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

  • I like that it is very easy to use and teach people how to use it. Also all of the features that it has, makes it easy to book clients.

  • Cons

  • When clients try to book online through Booker, it sometimes does not put them on the books, or the slot is already filled and we will get double booked.

  • It's a little bit hard to get the reports and see the customers previous payments and visits, but once you get the software it is easy.
