bookingkit is a cloud-based online booking management solution that helps users manage appointment scheduling and interactions with customers. The solution caters to outdoor and indoor service facilities providers, escape rooms, events and rentals and can be integrated with users’ websites.
bookingkit helps users to generate PDF invoices, manage day-to-day schedules and cancel and rebook appointments. The solution supports payments via bank transfer, PayPal, credit cards, coupons and cash.
The channel management module helps users to list their services on different channels such as TripAdvisor and mydays. The solution also offers users various analytics features that help them make quota adjustments and offer specific deals to customers. Additionally, bookingkit offers mobile devices functionalities that allows staff members to access the solution remotely.
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, live chat and through an online help desk.
The customer support tried very hard to fix all bugs, problems and incompatibilities with MAC and general issues but in the end the negative outweighed the positive and issues were simply never solved.
For an expensive system that does not allow you to personalise your pdf invoices easily, vouchers were not very nice and the look of the booking kit system that is sold to you in the beginning is simply not client friendly (too many bugs). If you want it to look decent you need to pay for someone to do an API integration if you dont have in-house programmers.
