Ultimately I don't know if there is anyway around it, but configuring each user and their preferences for email confirmation/schedules, etc. can be a pain for the administrator.

I liked that I could set my schedule so when I do community outreach, people can only schedule a meeting when I am available.

I like a different time zone selector - I'm working with clients all around the world and this is super useful. Easy integration with calendars and meeting tools ( we use zoom) is a must.

I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.

Hard to think of things that I don't like about this tool. I think for some people on the team, they struggle to use the tool due to complexity, but I find this an issue with most tools.

Integration was very easy to setup. Synchronisation with google Agenda and the mobile app are an asset.

It is good but I’ll miss the option in the app to block time out for the day, for example private appointment or time that i won’t use.

The code structure is clear and logical. We can also easily add customization ourselves based on customer requirements.
