Pros
- The ability to share a link in my email and integrate this into my website is absolutely amazing. My students love using the links in my email to guarantee a good time to meet with me.
- I liked that I could set my schedule so when I do community outreach, people can only schedule a meeting when I am available.
Cons
- Ultimately I don't know if there is anyway around it, but configuring each user and their preferences for email confirmation/schedules, etc. can be a pain for the administrator.
- I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.
Pros
- I love how affordable it is. It is so simple and has been so easy to integrate into my website.
- The account was easy to set up publish the business. Allowing access for customers and members to login and register for classes and sessions was very easy to do.
Cons
- Inability for clients to add identical schedules to book classes all at once. For example, a client attends a class that is MWF 6A every week.
- And the historical aspects don't show up. It's been a struggle to figure out and I have quit using it for anything other than making a payment.
