I'd recommend this application for companies offering various customer support. Having Calendly, interested party can schedule a meeting and see the support's agent availability in the calendar.

The ability to share a link in my email and integrate this into my website is absolutely amazing. My students love using the links in my email to guarantee a good time to meet with me.

Calendly is a very solid option for someone looking for a solution for customers to book with them. The free version is decent, and there are upgrade options for greater functionality.

It's a super easy & extremely useful tool. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to book appointments/calls, enabling your client to conveniently book a time in your calendar.

Ultimately I don't know if there is anyway around it, but configuring each user and their preferences for email confirmation/schedules, etc. can be a pain for the administrator.

I am so happy this software was recommended so frequently that I had to try it out, and it's well worth the cost each month.

I liked that I could set my schedule so when I do community outreach, people can only schedule a meeting when I am available.

I like a different time zone selector - I'm working with clients all around the world and this is super useful. Easy integration with calendars and meeting tools ( we use zoom) is a must.

I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.

Hard to think of things that I don't like about this tool. I think for some people on the team, they struggle to use the tool due to complexity, but I find this an issue with most tools.

There are a LOT of settings, and it can get confusing sometimes.

Any time I have contacted customer service, I have had direct contact with a specific sales and service rep that has always been willing to help fulfill my request.

TimeTrade is functional and easy to set up and get using.

I often need to schedule groups of people for multiple meetings in different time zones. The system lets me do this easily and gives me the ability to quickly save them off to my google calendar.

My favorite thing about TimeTrade is that it allows my customers to book time with me and integrates directly with my calendar.

It can be a little confusing to set up and the tutorial videos don't always address all your issues.

A little quirky to set up your Calendar access and restrict availability for times you do not want people to set up meetings. Disappointing it doesn't synchronize with Outlook for Mac calendar.

TimeTrade is great because it allows our recruiters to select their individual availability and share only those times & dates with applicants.
