Calendly is a very solid option for someone looking for a solution for customers to book with them. The free version is decent, and there are upgrade options for greater functionality.

It's a super easy & extremely useful tool. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to book appointments/calls, enabling your client to conveniently book a time in your calendar.

Ultimately I don't know if there is anyway around it, but configuring each user and their preferences for email confirmation/schedules, etc. can be a pain for the administrator.

I like a different time zone selector - I'm working with clients all around the world and this is super useful. Easy integration with calendars and meeting tools ( we use zoom) is a must.

I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.

Hard to think of things that I don't like about this tool. I think for some people on the team, they struggle to use the tool due to complexity, but I find this an issue with most tools.

I'm very pleased recently, i mean i have always been but recently they have been amazingly helpful.

There are lots of helpful videos and instructions on how to do it, too, and they are very focused, detailed, and easy to understand.

I love the fact that I can create multiple booking links for different needs and keep all links separate. This keeps my booking pages clean and removes confusion for the booker.

The feature I miss the most is being able to set up meetings of different durations during the day, in one calendar.

I love that this calendar integrates with my Google Calendar. I can simply send an email to a prospect or customer and they can choose a time that works best for them to meet.

Also, once the product was configured properly, it has been very stable and accurate. I like the ample amount of options for customization.

Sometimes, the email responses and workflows can be confusing when setting up. But once you have done this a few times, it runs much smoother.

Once it is setup it is easy to use, easy to share, easy to edit. Very straight forward and works PERFECTLY with google calendars.
