  • Pros

  • Clients find it very easy to book online appointments and love the reminders. The layout is nice to look at and continues to improve.
  • My customers love the text and email confirmations they receive. I like the integrated SOAP note, POS, and treatment history features.
  • Cons

  • I HATE that I used to have texting reminders and it was removed and ClinicSense wanted to charge an extra $10/month... $5/month I could've gotten behind but not $10.
  • Batch retrieving clients' treatment notes is a pain. No client account data exporting facility for bookkeeping software such as Microsoft Money.

  • Mailchimp is super easy to use and was a breeze to set up. Everything was very straight forward and the user interface is very nice.
  • I liked that I had never used any type of service like this before and it made it very simple for my husband and I to reach out to folks who were interested in our business.
  • Cons

  • Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
  • Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.
