Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Our company had tried another platform and it was difficult to use. The price book functionality is great and extremely easy to use. I would certainly recommend this product.

  • I like that it is fast and user friendly, easy to use. I also like that when there is an issue it is easily fixed most of the time.

  • Cons

  • Hard to find some things in the site, but overall good service.

  • A LOT OF FEATURES THAT WOULD MAKE IT EASIER, BE ABLE TO SEARCH A CUSTOMER WOULD BE GREAT OR EVEN AN INVOICE NUMBER, IT DOES NOT AUTO SAVE CUSTOMERS FOR SOME REASON,

  • It is very easy to use, its clear, its easy to customize if needed for whatever additional options you might want.

  • Ease of use with a lot of functions. Was very simple to get use to. It is nice that we can use the same program on multiple computers and it updates itself fast.

  • Cons

  • Format, availability to search could be better. Customer service can be tricky to reach on off days, but always very helpful.

  • The customer service was a little difficult to work with but when you are able to get them they are easy to work with.
